My journey to Nina's Basket

I started Nina’s Basket because I’ve always loved baking from scratch and sharing the pure joy that comes with a homemade treat. The name “Nina” actually comes from my stepson—he couldn’t say my name, Savannah, so Nina stuck, and it felt like the perfect little nickname for my baking venture. Beyond the deliciousness, I wanted a way to be more family-oriented, spending precious time at home with my little one, Gabriel, while still pursuing a passion that fills my heart. I’ve been happily married for three years, and my husband has always encouraged me to bake—it all began right in our kitchen.
